Welcome to the Privacy Statement of WeInnovate. We respect your privacy and ensure that the personal information you provide to us is treated confidentially. This statement explains how we handle personal data and what your rights are.

We process personal data in accordance with the requirements set by the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

We process your personal data because you use our services and/or because you provide them to us yourself. Below you will find an overview of the personal data that we may process:

WeInnovate does not store your personal data longer than strictly necessary to realize the goals for which your data is collected. For administrative data (invoices, quotes), we use the legal fiscal retention period of 7 years. Other data will be deleted as soon as the agreement has ended or your question has been resolved, unless there is a legal obligation to retain it for longer.

WeInnovate never sells your data to third parties and will only provide it if necessary for the execution of our agreement with you or to comply with a legal obligation. We conclude a processing agreement with companies that process your data on our behalf to ensure the same level of security and confidentiality.

• Hosting providers: Cloud86, Hetzner, Bluehost (for website hosting).
• Software suppliers: For project management and communication.
• Accounting service providers: For financial administration.

WeInnovate takes the protection of your data seriously and takes appropriate measures to prevent misuse, loss, unauthorized access, unwanted disclosure, and unauthorized modification. Our website uses a reliable SSL certificate to ensure that your personal data does not fall into the wrong hands. Access to data is restricted to authorized persons only.

Do you have a complaint about the processing of your personal data? We ask you to contact us directly about this. If we cannot resolve it together, you also have the right under privacy legislation to file a complaint with the national supervisory authority, the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
